On Sunday, January 26, 2020 we gathered together to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Fiscal Performance and the 9th Anniversary of our sister company, Blend Creative Studio.
On this mild January day at Peller Estates Winery much food, conversation, fun and Icewine was enjoyed within the Barrel Cellar, where Peller’s finest red wines patiently aged around us.
We enjoyed a taste of Peller’s amazing Icewine while surrounded by 30,000 pounds of ice in the 10Below Lounge, the coolest place in wine country.
But the hit of the afternoon must have been the homemade IceWine infused marshmallows that we roasted on an outdoor fire pit. A signature product at Peller, we were able to obtain the base recipe, but they’re keeping the Icewine addition a secret! We’ll need to experiment to see if we can recreate the amazing flavours.
